Where is your company located?
Located in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Ringrose Grimsley Ltd has a proud history which began in 1992. Specialising in pensions, investments, mortgages and healthcare, they work with private individuals and organisations of all sizes to help them make well-informed decisions about their financial security.
What was your situation before you chose our services?
Like most IFAs with a long trading history, we’d (happily) built up a significant archive of client files. As a few filing cabinets evolved into mountains of records, it was evident to us that there must be a more efficient way to manage this information. We hoped that through the digital transformation of our files, we could not only save valuable office space, but also increase our document retrieval speed and importantly, enhance compliance.

We approached a number of scanning providers and it became clear they had little or no experience of IFA business and were simply looking to use as a test run (and charge for it!)

Our office now has around 20% increased floorspace, and instead of paying for more costly office space we now have the option to situate several more advisors in an area that was effectively redundant.

What does the future now look like?
