We never launch into an assessment without getting to know you first. Understanding your organisations context and its strategic objectives with regard to our work together will ensure you receive comprehensive analysis across all applicable and appropriate regulations and standards. Once we have agreed the scope we will then agree the number of consultancy days required to provide the GDPR Gap Analysis.
Delivery
Our consultants work to understand your current compliance position through a series of workshops and interviews with processing activity owners and stakeholders, which, depending on the size and structure of your organisation can be delivered on site, remotely, or through a blend of the two.
Through this assessment and analysis process, we work efficiently to identify your current GDPR compliance gaps – what is missing, what exists but could be improved, and also, what you are doing well and should continue to do so.
